Join me and guest teacher Lucy Windsor-Hamilton for a nurturing morning of yoga and nutrition set against the backdrop of the Vale of Glamorgan Heritage coastline.
The morning will blend energising movement, mindful meditation and a focus on healthy nutritious food.
The beautiful landscape of Ogmore-by-Sea offers the perfect place to start the new year — as we rise out of the dark months and into lighter, brighter days.

Location
We'll be in the Main Hall at the lovely Ogmore by Sea Hall. This is situated in the Vale of Glamorgan and close to Bridgend County. It's only 15 mins from Bridgend, 20 mins from Cowbridge, Llantwit Major and 10 mins drive from the M4.
