Our theme is "rising into 2026 with intention". Practically that looks like...
Laura will guide you through a soulful yoga flow rooted in intentional movement and themed with yoga philosophy.
Expect a mixture of dynamic vinyasa yoga and restorative grounding movement. Includes pranayama (breathwork) to soothe your nervous system and guided meditation to deepen self-connection. Ending with a head / neck /shoulder massage in savasana using essential oils allowing you to drop deeper.
In this relaxed nutrition session, Hannah will be taking the stress out of nutrition and getting back to the nutrition basics that really matter.
We’ll bust some common myths, highlight the simple habits that make the biggest difference, and keep the focus on practical, realistic steps you can actually use in your day-to-day life.
Our goal is for you to leave feeling confident, intentional and excited about the food choices you’ll make in the week and months ahead - knowing it’ll be supporting your health and personal goals.

Hi, I’m Laura. I'm a yoga teacher, founder of Laura Bradshaw Yoga and I work on large digital health apps like Couch to 5K.
Yoga to me is more than movement. It's the big life questions like "who am I" and "what's my purpose". But, movement is a core part of yoga and I've always loved moving my body.
I grew up in Devon always at the beach and practising sports. Moving to London as a student, I started yoga as a way to cope with the stress or cirty life. With consistent practice, yoga improved every part of my life—building strength, focus, resilience, and a calmer mind.
Now I teach and practise yoga that i soulful and science-led. Blending eastern yoga philosophy and western scientific principles allowing you to apply what resonates and leave what doesn't.
On weekends, I’m usually out exploring the mountains, coastline and countryside.

Hi, I’m Hannah and I’m a performance Nutritionist passionate about helping people build a healthy relationship with food that feels simple, sustainable and enjoyable. For me, nutrition isn’t about fads or restriction - it’s about everyday habits that support energy, health and long-term wellbeing.
Alongside my work with athletes; from Ironman and ultrarunners, to Wales Netball and Birmingham City Women’s football Academy, I love sharing the science of nutrition in a practical and relatable way. My goal is to empower people with the confidence, knowledge and tools to make positive changes in their day-to-day lives.
Outside of work, you’ll find me at the beach with my dog, cooking something tasty, or on my yoga mat (I’m a big fan of both yoga and Pilates). Being outdoors, moving my body and connecting with food in a positive way all shape how I live, and inspire the way I support others, too.
