I am building a library of videos for you to practise yoga whenever it suits your schedule.
Videos will be a mix of:
- short 20-30 minute practises up to longer classes (60, 75 and 90 minutes)
- vinyasa, flow to restore, guided meditation, accessible breathwork / pranayama and yin
- range of anatomical focusses and philosophical themes
All details for pricing and membership will be defined at launch. Videos will be available on the Momence platform only.
