What classes are in the library?

  • A variety of practices: quick 20–30 minute sessions and full-length classes (60, 75, or 90 minutes).

  • Styles include vinyasa, flow-to-restore, guided meditation, accessible breathwork/pranayama, and yin.

  • Explore different anatomical focuses and philosophical themes woven throughout

What level are the classes?

In short, there's something for everyone.

  • My vinyasa classes are designed for all abilities with a variety of options
  • My yin classes are suitable for anyone who is brand new to yoga, has injuries or medical conditions
  • Most breathwork and pranayama is suitable for everyone, I teach balancing and restorative versions to downregulate the nervous system

Pricing & Access

  • £15/month for unlimited access to the full library, plus all new content as it’s added.

  • Want music playlists alongside? Choose from my Spotify selection. Over 60 playlists for free,

  • All content is hosted in a Google Drive folder. All you need is your phone / laptop and a stable internet connection

  2. Make your first payment of £15 for the first month
  3. Receive the link to the folder
  4. Start practising!
  5. A few days before the month ends, I'll check in with you
  6. You can decide to stay or leave whenever you want
