Press the pause button and reconnect to yourself. This 7 day yoga retreat offers the opportunity to step back from daily life and slow down. Imagine twice daily yoga sessions in the outside yoga shala amongst the mountains and sea. This retreat is a collaboration between me and Alison Jennings from Yogastarrr.
