EASE INTO AUTUMN: A Day Retreat

10am - 4pm at Kenfig Nature Reserve

Join me and guest teacher Eden Sanchez for a nurturing day of yoga set against the backdrop of Kenfig Nature Reserve. The day will blend mindful movement, embodied breathwork, restorative stillness, and quiet time in nature. The extraordinary landscape of Kenfig offers the perfect place to pause, reflect, and reconnect — both with yourself and the natural world — as we gently ease into the slower rhythms of autumn.
