About my retreats

These retreats and day sessions are about giving you a pause — a bit of space to breathe, move, and come back to yourself.

I run a mix of half-day, full-day and occasional weekend retreats, each put together with care and intention. Expect a balance of energising and grounding yoga, gentle movement, guided stillness, and plenty of time to rest and just be.

Who they're for

They’re accessible to all — you don’t need any yoga experience to join, just an open mind and a willingness to slow down. You’re very welcome to come along solo (lots of people do), or bring a friend if that feels easier.

If you have any major injuries or are pregnant, contact me before booking to discuss and ensure it is suitable for you.

Where are the retreats?

Usually I choose nature-based settings as I want you to leave with the feeling of more space and deeper connections — to yourself and the world around you.

We are so lucky to live in South Wales where we have the mountains, beaches and forests on our doorsteps.

Typical venues have included nature reserves, huts in the forest and village halls by the beach.

Root to Rise: Autumn Yoga Morning Retreat

Sat 17 Jan 2026 9.30am - 1pm

Join me a nurturing morning of yoga set against the backdrop of Kenfig Nature Reserve. The day will blend mindful movement, embodied breathwork, restorative stillness, and a walking meditation. The extraordinary landscape of Kenfig offers the perfect place to pause, reflect, and reconnect — both with yourself and the natural world — as we gently ease into the slower rhythms of autumn. Building that union of mind, body, breath.

Includes:
- Energising vinyasa flow to restore morning practise
- Embodied breathwork session (weather dependent - inside or outside)
- Guided walking meditation for self-connection (weather dependent - otherwise inside)
- Savasana head / shoulder massage (optional)
- All drinks, tea/coffee and snacks included
- All props included (with the exception of yoga mat and any bolster/cushion you want to bring)
- Time to explore the nature reserve, sand dunes, forest and lake (Kenfig Pool)

Investment: £37 per person (includes all yoga, equipment, snacks and drinks).
