Classes

In person & on demand classes that help you to build a regular practise and manage daily stresses. Typically 60-75 mins.

Events, Workshops & Retreats

Half / full day sessions for a deeper shift. Often combines yoga with other practices e.g. nutrition or sound. 

One-to-ones

Bespoke 4-6 week programmes tailored to you. I can create plans that work to rehab injuries, medical conditions or get you started with yoga.
