Outdoor and beach yoga sessions

What to expect

Join me for outdoor yoga sessions in the wild beauty of Ogmore-by-Sea. We'll move together with the sound of the waves, the salt in the air, and the changing light of the sky — a grounding, joyful way to move, breathe and unwind midweek.

Sessions are open to all levels (including complete beginners), and you’re welcome to come solo or bring a friend. Just bring a mat and a few layers — everything else, we'll let the sea take care of. 🌊

When do sessions happen?

Fortnightly on Wednesday or Thursday evenings, weather dependent. Keep an eye on my Instagram or join my whatsapp group for updates and booking info

    Where to meet?

    Once you have booked, I will send an email on the morning confirming the location and all the details. Typically we meet on the grass overlooking Hardy’s Bay in Ogmore-by-Sea

    What to bring?

    • A yoga mat (email me if you need one)
    • Water
    • Jumper/long sleeve (it can cool down in savasana)
    • Suncream
    • Swimsuit + towel (optional, swim at your own risk — no lifeguard, occasional water quality issues)
