Yoga for Mind on World Mental Health Day

Back by popular demand after last year's sell out... come and join me for a very special evening of yoga. Moving and breathing to downregulate your nervous system and restore some calm. 

By buying a ticket you're not only helping yourself  but also someone else in need. 50% of all ticket sales are donated to Mind who are an amazing charity doing vital work in the face of a mental health crisis — over 2 million people are currently waiting for support!

This session is open to all — no yoga experience needed, just bring yourself (and maybe a friend).

SUN 2 NOV | 6pm - 8pm

The Art of Slowing: Mindful Flow, Yin and Nidra

Slow down your mind and body with this special slow flow to yin and nidra release. 

For the first 30 minutes we'll work through a grounding exercise, pranayama and a short flow before coming into the majority of the class which will be yin yoga and ending with nidra.

A great complement to more dynamic styles of yoga and is suitable for beginners, people who practise a lot of sports or have desk jobs, to rehabilitate from injuries and more. 

Benefits include improved cognitive function, increased flexibility of joints and connective tissue, fewer injuries, improved sleep quality and more. We'll end with yoga nidra and a long savasana.
