End of Summer Unwind: Slow Flow to Yin

Ease out of summer and into a slower rhythm with this special extended yoga session — back by popular request.
We’ll begin with grounding movement rooted in slow vinyasa flow to gently energise the body and release built-up tension, followed by nourishing yin-style shapes held for longer to work deeper into both physical tightness and mental knots.
This session is a blend of "yang" and "yin" energy: dynamic but mindful, restful but expansive. A space to shift from doing to being — and leave feeling more balanced, more present, and deeply grounded.
