The Art of Slowing: Mindful Flow, Yin and Nidra

Slow down your mind and body with this special slow flow to yin and nidra release.

For the first 30 minutes we'll work through a grounding exercise, pranayama and a short flow before coming into the majority of the class which will be yin yoga and ending with nidra.

A great complement to more dynamic styles of yoga and is suitable for beginners, people who practise a lot of sports or have desk jobs, to rehabilitate from injuries and more.

Benefits include improved cognitive function, increased flexibility of joints and connective tissue, fewer injuries, improved sleep quality and more. We'll end with yoga nidra and a long savasana.

December Unwind: Mindful Flow, Yin and Nidra

December is a time where we often end up rushing around, finishing the to do list, panicking about buying presents tor others and forgetting to take time for ourselves. 

This is your chance to take two hours to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. This special class weaves together mindful movement, deep rest, and guided meditation to support both body and mind.

We'll end with hot tea altogether and a festive treat.
