February Unwind: Mindful Flow, Yin and Nidra
In the new year, we often end up adding in lots of new routines and forgetting to let go, unwind and take time for ourselves.
This is your chance to take two hours to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. This special class weaves together mindful movement, deep rest, and guided meditation to support both body and mind.
Benefits include improved cognitive function, increased flexibility of joints and connective tissue, fewer injuries, improved sleep quality and more.

International Women's Day Yoga Special: Flow to Restore (supporting ActionAid)
A session in honour of International Women’s Day (IWD26) supporting the brilliant women's charity ActionAid.
So much has been achieved in the last few decades but there is still much progress to be made. This special session is about moving and breathing for ourselves and building a better world for all of us.
We’ll end with tea altogether.
Open to everyone irrespective of gender and suitable for all abilities.

Spring Awakening: Flow to Restore, Meditation & Breathwork Morning
As we emerge from the winter into spring, the winter heaviness can sometimes linger.
We know that we can shift our nervous system with both movement and breath - and that's why I'm so passionate to bring these together.
his session blends energising and restorative forms of both yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathwork) to help lift and raise our energy, balance it out and restore us ready for the warmer months ahead.
Ending with tea/coffee and hopefully a lovely sea view.
