Join me and guest teacher Eden Sanchez for a nurturing day of yoga set against the backdrop of Kenfig Nature Reserve.Â
The day will blend mindful movement, embodied breathwork, restorative stillness, and quiet time in nature.Â
The extraordinary landscape of Kenfig offers the perfect place to pause, reflect, and reconnect — both with yourself and the natural world — as we gently ease into the slower rhythms of autumn.

Location
We'll be in the Sker Suite at the lovely Kenfig Nature Reserve. The reserve is situated equidistant from the Vale of Glamorgan, Bridgend County and Neath / Port Talbot. It's only 15 mins from Bridgend, 7 mins from Porthcawl and 10 mins drive from the M4.
