All of classes are routed in an anatomical and philosophical theme which will change week to week.

Beginner Yoga - Slow Flow

Mondays | 18:00-19:00 at Health Conscious, Llantwit Major

60 mins of yoga flowing between poses. Aimed at beginners and improvers. 

Evening Yoga Flow to Restore

Mondays | 19:15-20:30 at Health Conscious, Llantwit Major

75 mins of dynamic vinyasa and restorative poses. Aimed at those with yoga experience

Morning Yoga Flow

Sundays | 10:30-11:30 at Ogmore-by-Sea Hall

60 mins of dynamic movement flowing between poses.

Drop in week-to-week. Suitable for all abilities.

2 hours to break down those trickier poses like crow, shoulderstand & headstand to build the strength and confidence to approach them.

International Day of Yoga Celebration (& Summer Solstice!)

A mix between a retreat and a workshop. Starting with a flow to restore, moving into a mini-workshop on the breath-nervous system connection, an optional sea swim and more.

COMING IN AUTUMN: Yin / Restorative

Focussing on downregulating our nervous systems through longer holds. Poses are either actively working your body (yin) or passive (restorative).

Sessions would run weekday evenings.

ONLINE Flow to Restore

Starting with dynamic movement and ending with more restorative poses.

Streamed live to your home. Drop in week-to-week. Suitable for all abilities.

COMING IN SPRING: Beach yoga flow & optional sea swim

Vinyasa yoga flow practice on the beach followed by an optional dip in the sea to cool off.

Weather & tide dependent.
