Please note that ALL classes are paused until May 2025 as I am taking a career break to travel Asia and do some yoga immersion / learning in India and Indonesia.
All of classes are routed in an anatomical and philosophical theme which will change week to week. In addition to my regular schedule I teach extra some ad-hoc extra classes including beach yoga in the summer.
MONDAYS
at Health Conscious (Llantwit)
18:00-19:00 Yoga Flow. 60 mins of vinyasa movement with sun salutations, warriors, back bends and hip openers.
19:15-20:30 Flow to Restore. 75 mins of dynamic vinyasa, longer restorative holds and pranayama. At least 6 months of yoga is recommended.
SUNDAYS
at Ogmore-by-Sea Hall
10:30-11:30 Morning Flow. 60 mins of vinyasa movement with sun salutations, warriors, back bends and hip openers.
18:00 - 19:30 Yin Release (every fortnight). 90 minutes of mindfulness, pranayama and longer passive holds targeting the connective tissue.

Slow Flow to Year End Yin Unwind
Ogmore-by-Sea Hall
Unwind your mind and body from all the festivities with this special slow flow to yin unwind.
For the first 30 minutes we'll work through a grounding exercise, pranayama and a short flow before coming into the majority of the class which will be yin yoga. Passively softening the connective tissues and fascia (e.g. ligaments, tendons) which can become tight and brittle and releasing mental stress and tension.

New Year's Eve Special: Step into 2025 with a Flow to Restore

A special session seeing 2024 out and welcoming in 2025.
Starting with the dynamic vinyasa style of yoga, moving through a series of restorative poses and ending with intention setting. Finishing by drinking a cup of green tea and hopefully catching some beautiful sea views. Altogether, leaving you feeling blissed out and ready to step in 2025 with new energy.

This day retreat will celebrate the full breadth of yoga including dynamic yoga, guided meditation and breathwork, yin yoga and philosophy.
Includes lunch, tea/coffee and snacks.

Whether you're familiar with yoga or just starting out, practising outside can add an extra dimension to the practice. Imagine the sound of the ocean waves rolling in and the sun on your face.
These classes will be a mix of dynamic flowing movement and more restorative poses. Altogether, aiming to cultivate the mind-body-breath connection even more than normal by practising in nature.
