Regular classes
All of classes are routed in an anatomical and philosophical theme which will change week to week. In addition to my regular schedule I teach extra some ad-hoc extra classes including beach yoga in the summer.
MONDAYS
at Health Conscious (Llantwit)
RETURNING IN AUTUMN 2025: 18:00-19:00 Yoga Flow. 60 mins of vinyasa movement with sun salutations, warriors, back bends and hip openers.
19:15-20:30 Flow to Restore. 75 mins of dynamic vinyasa, longer restorative holds and pranayama. At least 6 months of yoga is recommended.
Altogether, aiming to cultivate the mind-body-breath connection
VARIOUS WEEKDAY EVENINGS & WEEKENDS
Ogmore-by-Sea Hall or on the beach
Morning / Sunset Flow. Practising outside can add an extra dimension to the practice. Imagine the sound of the ocean waves rolling in and the sun on your face.
Yin Release. 90 minutes of mindfulness, pranayama and longer passive holds targeting the connective tissue. On the theme of "less is more".

Mid-Summer Reset: Flow to Restore and Breathwork
Ogmore-by-Sea Hall
This special session is your opportunity to pause, notice, reflect and refresh your mind and body to find that balance amongst all the intensity.
For the first 75 minutes we'll work through a flow to restore practise before coming into a guided breathwork / pranayama session. Finishing by drinking a cup of green tea and hopefully catching some beautiful sea views.

End of Summer Unwind: Slow Flow to Yin
Ogmore-by-Sea Hall
Come unwind your mind and body with this 2 hour special to slow down. Starting with a slow mat-based vinyasa flow before unwinding into a series of yin poses. Balancing the uplifting, dynamic "yang" energy with the calmer, slower, restorative "yin" energy.
Altogether, leaving you feeling balanced and more grounded.
