All of classes are routed in an anatomical and philosophical theme which will change week to week. In addition to my regular schedule I teach extra some ad-hoc extra classes including beach yoga in the summer.
MONDAYS
at Health Conscious (Llantwit)
18:00-19:00 Yoga Flow. 60 mins of vinyasa movement with sun salutations, warriors, back bends and hip openers.
19:15-20:30 Flow to Restore. 75 mins of dynamic vinyasa, longer restorative holds and pranayama. At least 6 months of yoga is recommended.
SUNDAYS
at Ogmore-by-Sea Hall
10:30-11:30 Morning Flow. 60 mins of vinyasa movement with sun salutations, warriors, back bends and hip openers.
18:00 - 19:30 Yin Release (every fortnight). 90 minutes of mindfulness, pranayama and longer passive holds targeting the connective tissue.

An Introduction to Hot Yoga
Move yoga Studio Pontyclun
This 90 minute class in 37 degree heat is the perfect introduction to Hot Yoga. Beginning with some gentle breath work allowing the body to acclimatise itself through the heat, you will then be guided through a gentle flow class, with plenty of options, variations and time for rest. The perfect way to dip your toe into Hot Yoga, mindfully.

Stress Awareness Week Special
Ogmore-by-Sea Hall
A special session in honour of Stress Awareness Week supporting Mind. This year’s theme is “campaigning to reduce stress and improve wellbeing”, inspired by the notion that we can create more balance in our lives. Working through to a flow to restore practise. Ultimately, refreshing the mind and body to find more balance. Open to all abilities.
