Classes

In person & on demand classes that help you to build a regular practise and manage daily stresses. Typically 60-75 mins.

Events, Workshops & Retreats

Half day or full day sessions which allow a deeper shift and combination of yoga with other wellness practices e.g. nutrition sound etc. Typically 3-6 hours.

One-to-ones

Bespoke 4-6 week programmes tailored to you. I can create plans that work to rehab injuries, medical conditions or get you started with yoga.
